Introduction

CRM Best Practice Training (CE Best Practice Training) follows Best Practice Development to impart knowledge and skill, with confidence, to staff that have been introduced to a new or changed CRM/CE system.

The training focuses on the roles of staff and how they will be required to engage the new CRM/CE system and processes to achieve the strategic and tactical objectives of the organisation. It incorporates sales and sales management skills, account management skills, marketing skills and the given technological skills requirement.

CRM/CE Best Practices training  is conducted in staff peer groups ensuring specific needs are facilitated.  A range of adult learning techniques is used to ensure effective information transfer and retention.

Critical aspects of the system are concentrated on, especially the areas that the staff will be using immediately in their roles.

We provide the participants with the empathy of having ‘been there done that’ – we are not technology trainers! We develop the program  material and train your Best Practices through role and business process rather than the normal navigational training. This training is all designed to achieve the short, medium and long term objectives agreed upon during Best Practice development.

We often uncover the need for a particular focus on other lacking skills such as sales skills, key account management, sales management, and team management. SRD Group then either develops the programs as required and tailored to the identified needs of the organisation, or works with the client to engage a third party expert.
