Jeannie Stewart is a Director of SRD Group which she started with Neil back in 1996. Jeannie is the third co-founder of MirrorWaveTM.

Jeannie has a great deal of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Customer Research. She is instrumental in many aspects of what we do and in particular the development, administering, analysis and management of MirrorWave and other research projects. She is also a key player in many of our CRM projects.

Jeannie has worked in various industries inclusive of the Pharmaceutical, Medical, Finance, FMCG, Airline, IT, Document Management and Manufacturing sectors. Jeannie has also worked in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
