Jeannie Stewart started the company with Neil back in 1996. Jeannie has a background in Project Management in various industries, inclusive of the IT Industry and has worked in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. This experience was vital to the development of our company.

Jeannie has a great deal of experience in CRM and Customer Experience has been involved across the board with our clients. She is instrumental in many aspects of what we do and in particular the development, administering and analysis of Customer Experience Reviews and Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Jeannie is also a key player in the development of all of our communication programmes for our clients.
