Why?Often after a new CRM/CE system has been introduced, staff are left to ‘sink or swim’. Our CRM Mentoring Utilization service helps those individuals who are struggling to merge the new system into their daily roles by spending time with them at their place of work. By having a mentor who understands the strategic and tactical objectives, understands their role and how to best apply the new system, short, medium and long term objectives are achieved. Our MethodologyWe visit staff in their place of work to enable us to help ‘merge’ the system and their role. This is a one-on-one interaction that combines all the critical pieces of the puzzle for the individual. It focuses on development of the skills of the individual in maximising the application of the CRM/CE system; often this falls outside of technology and focuses on utilising the information available to make better informed business decisions. It can also however provide advanced training for the areas of the system they use. Often the Report from Best Practice CRM/CE Management is used to determine which staff require further Mentoring and which staff require less guidance.
