Seasons Greetings! Well the 'silly season' is upon us again and we hope when all the rushing around is over you will be able to enjoy some quality time with family and friends.
We would like to thank all of our clients for their continued support of SRD Group on our journey of organisational development and performance improvement in the areas of CRM and Customer Experience. Next year we will be bringing some exciting new services into play which will further evolve this customer centric adventure.
This year, we decided that instead of cards and Christmas functions, that we would make a donation to the NZ Red Cross who responded by saying “Your support of the Red Cross Movement strengthens our capacity to be prepared - and to respond. The tools of our trade are food, clean water, basic shelter, simple medicines and clothing. Your donation helps ensure that we can deliver these humanitarian services to those who need them - when the need is there.”
So, friends and clients, on behalf of SRD Group please accept our grateful thanks for your support of us which has enabled us to in turn support the Red Cross.
This months CustomerCentricTimes is short and sweet and covers the December ’05 and January ’06 editions due to the holiday season and the next publication will be February 2006!
