Well the year 2007 is nearly over and 2008 is coming around fast!

It has been a good year for us at SRD Group and we have worked on some exciting Customer Experience Management initiatives with customers and partners alike and are looking forward to continuing this next year. We are doing some innovative Customer Experience Reviews and Re-Contact Research that are helping our clients be more customer focused and our Customer Experience Management Programmes are helping our customers achieve profitable growth. All in all a good year!

At this time of year the last thing we want to be doing is additional reading (no matter how interesting it is!) ...it's wind down time. Time to enjoy a glass or two with customers, colleagues, friends and family. So, this month's edition includes ....................... nothing! Except to wish you and your family a Very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Prosperous New Year!.
