Reg Price, the co-founder of MirrorWaveTM has practiced in the area of customer management as a consultant for almost 20 years and also owned a couple of research firms during this time so he is very, very knowledgeable in the area of customer research. He has taught several post-graduate courses at The University of Auckland Business School and has had several customer management and customer research articles published internationally in Marketing Magazine and on MarketingProfs.com.

Reg is also an author and his book, Reliability Rules, is due for release in the US in March 2009.

Reg Price's consulting work has spanned many industries and countries, including NZ, Australia, US, Singapore and UK. After working in London, he is now based mainly out of Singapore and Auckland but travels frequently to London on business.

Reg Price is also the founder of the Customer Experience Alliance.
