Reg Price has practiced in the area of customer management as a consultant for almost 20 years. Early in Reg Price's career he held key account responsibilities for a major NZ corporate and latterly was National Marketing Director of several firms, including a professional service firm. He has taught several post-graduate courses at The University of Auckland Business School and has had several articles published, including one in Marketing Magazine on best practice in customer management.
Reg Price's consulting work has spanned many industries and countries, including NZ, Australia, US, Singapore and UK. After working in London, he is now based mainly out of Singapore and Auckland.
Reg is currently writing a book for a US publisher on Promises Management and consults with SRD Group in the areas of Customer Experience, CRM and Promises Management.
Reg Price is also the founder of the
Customer Experience Alliance.
