SRD Group partnered StayinFront on a ETMS project with AstraZeneca in South East Asia and Hong Kong. The project was start ed in late 2002 with the first country in the region to be rolled out to being Singapore.
SRD Group's role was limited to developing Conceptual Training and Best Practice for the ETMS roll out. We also made various recommendations for the ongoing improvement, management and maximisation of the new ETMS technology which AstraZeneca are incorporating into their sales improvement programme.
So far the expertise and benefits that SRD Group have bought to the project have been very positively accepted. It is anticipated that SRD Group will be conducting an ETMS review of the regions roll out in early 2005 to help AstraZeneca gain even more from their ETMS journey.
